We are seeking a proficient and experienced Civil Designer / Drafter (with expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software) to be an important part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive drawings/plans for various civil engineering projects to support grading, drainage, water main, sanitary, stormwater, road, pavement designs and utility layouts.

• Assist in the development of cost estimates, contract specifications, tender documents and applications for approvals.

• Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders, including clients, sub-consultants, contractors and construction supervision staff.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a civil engineering consulting company.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.

• Demonstrated expertise in Xrefs, viewports, volume calculation, map preparation, processing field survey data and topographic plats.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with residential and commercial drafting standards.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities to meet project deadlines.

• Uphold high moral standards and a strong work ethic.

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions for the construction and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and AI model development, with a strong focus on real-world applications such as traffic monitoring, structural inspections, and autonomous navigation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement computer vision algorithms for real-time traffic analysis, bridge inspections, and autonomous systems.

• Design and optimize deep learning models for object detection, defect identification, and predictive analytics.

• Integrate AI solutions with autonomous systems, including drones and multi-sensor platforms, for automated data collection and analysis.

• Work with large-scale datasets to improve model accuracy and performance in real-world conditions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including robotics engineers, civil engineers, and product managers, to develop scalable AI solutions.

• Optimize and deploy AI models on embedded systems and cloud platforms to ensure real-time processing and efficiency.

• Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and AI technologies.

• Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in developing computer vision solutions, particularly in autonomous systems, robotics, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Strong expertise in stereo vision, SLAM, depth estimation, object detection, and sensor fusion.

• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, OpenCV) and probabilistic modeling techniques.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB.

• Hands-on experience with autonomous navigation, multi-sensor integration (LiDAR, radar, depth cameras), and real-time tracking.

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS) and data pipeline development.

• Strong knowledge of camera calibration, state estimation, Kalman filtering, and path planning.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
